The Plant Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe, sanitary and efficient condition. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for staying up to date on new products, equipment, technology, and techniques.
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain process and production controls and instrumentation equipment. Performs predictive and preventive maintenance on systems and processes to support the achievement of the company’s vision, mission and values.

During the processing season, optimal operation of the refrigeration equipment is crucial to the facility’s overall efficiency. Troubleshoot, repair, and service systems under the guidance of the Chief Engineer.
