SUMMARY 

This job is responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment, including air compressors, in the Boiler/Refrigeration system. The individual in this role must be capable of performing mechanical repairs in all areas of their responsibility and be fully capable of operating all Boiler/Refrigeration equipment and support systems.

KEY RESONSIBILITIES -

Operate the Refrigeration/Boiler systems in a safe and efficient manner

Log all labor and parts usage through eMaint CMMS

Job Summary:  This position will provide electrical, technical software and hardware support of the factory floor automation and process system instruments. Will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems, analysis of processes, equipment operation, and development of capital, infrastructure automation designs and assist with electro/mechanical support opportunities as assigned.

• Responsible for inspecting freezer and ammonia equipment and performing basic maintenance duties for freezers as necessary.
• Able to perform all of the duties of the Refrigeration Defroster
• Routinely inspect freezers and freezer equipment
• Inspect equipment daily

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.

CTI Food Services is currently searching for a Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining, operating, inspecting, and repairing various types of ammonia refrigeration equipment. This position performs preventative and predictive maintenance as directed by direct Supervisor, verifies that all equipment is operating within the manufacturer's specifications and tolerances through periodic testing and inspections.
