Ammonia Refrigeration / Boiler Technician at Wilder, ID

SUMMARY 

This job is responsible for maintenance and operation of all equipment, including air compressors, in the Boiler/Refrigeration system. The individual in this role must be capable of performing mechanical repairs in all areas of their responsibility and be fully capable of operating all Boiler/Refrigeration equipment and support systems.

KEY RESONSIBILITIES -

Operate the Refrigeration/Boiler systems in a safe and efficient manner

Log all labor and parts usage through eMaint CMMS

Complete all assigned PM’s and WO’s

Complete all required daily temperature and operational logs

Conduct inspection and minor repair of fire sprinkler system

Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauling of assigned equipment

Maintains work area in a clean and functional condition

Proficient in electrical troubleshooting.  Including 480v 3-phase, DC and AC control circuits

Follow all company GMP, safety, attendance and conduct policies

REQUIREMENTS –

High School Diploma

Minimum 2 yrs experience

Available to work nights and weekends when needed

Pass background check and drug screening

Able to work in extreme temperature environments

Must be able to lift 75 lbs

RETA, CIRO certifications a plus
