Warehouse Maintenance Technician at Richmond VA

Warehouse Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

·        MHE repairs

·        Forklift and pallet jack repairs

·        General maintenance on dock doors and dock levelers

·        Troubleshooting and repair on high speed rol doors

·        Lighting and storage rack repairs

·        Preventative maintenance on fire systems, generators, and A/C units

·        Floor repairs

Qualifications:

·        High school diploma or equivalent required

·        Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience

·        Working knowledge of mechanical problem identification and propose solutions

·        Electrical experience on 208/120 VAC and 277/480 VAC systems

·        Able to reach and interpret all shop material, including electrical and hydraulic schematics

·        Ammonia refrigeration experience a plus

·        Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs

Safety Experience:

·        Proper use of PPE

·        HazWoper Certified a plus

·        Respirator Program and use of respirators
