Vie de France is looking for full-time, skilled INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS with at least 2 years’ experience to help us produce industry-leading European frozen breads and pastry products, as we have done for over 50 years– and our operations has stayed strong throughout the pandemic.

We are looking for MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS with the skills to:
· Troubleshoot equipment making electrical, HVAC, welding, and mechanical repairs
· Maintain the upkeep of all machinery for the manufacturing facility
· Assist other mechanics in the performance of work;
· Install, repair, and/or rebuild mechanical equipment based on drawings, diagrams
· Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
· Conduct preventive maintenance machinery cylinders, motors, pneumatic tools, pneumatic systems, and production machines; follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications;
· Conduct preventative maintenance and repair tasks include, but are not limited to, machine alignment, sensor adjustments/replacement, hose and fitting replacements, belt changes and greasing bearings.
· Maintain equipment parts and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies.
· Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with GMP’s, rules, and regulations Preventative maintenance and repair tasks include, but are not limited to, machine alignment, sensor adjustments/replacement, hose and fitting replacements, belt changes and greasing bearings.

This position is very active and requires
· Regularly standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
· Frequently lifting up to 75 pounds
