JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plumbing/pipe-fitting
Operating process boilers
Operating and maintaining refrigeration systems; will train.
Testing boiler water chemicals, other chemical levels, and associated equipment.
Performing some building maintenance.
Troubleshooting problems with boiler, pumps, refrigeration system and related equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a Minnesota Special Boilers License or be able to acquire a license within 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform general maintenance tasks, including PM's on equipment per area, welding repairs as assigned

. 2. Perform other duties assigned by tech's or Supervisors.

3. Assist other team members in completing work orders/tasks per maintenance schedule.

4. May be part of the Emergency Response team.

5. Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment.
