Pay rate: Up $23.50/hour
Schedule: Four-days' work week, three-days off schedule with the expectation of some flexibility.

Additional Details:
When overnight traveling is necessary, it will be paid travel time plus work hours.

Job Description:
To assist the In-Store Signage Administrator in the implementation and fulfillment of all in-store sign functions, including installation of all in-store marketing materials, performing signage audits, filling out reports, keeping logs, inventorying merchandise used in installations, keeping vehicles serviced, installing opening signs banners and assisting with special events.
Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for our Installer/Merchandiser include:
Conducting Signage Installation: Build and install displays; remove and install decals, aisle signs, stickers, static clings, posters, case headers and other materials involved in signage program; assemble holders, displays, racks, boxes, frames, directories, easels and other materials; climb a ladder for installation and removal of signs; install items based on installation instructions, plan-o-grams, using good reasoning skills
Driving and transporting materials to locations: Schedule maintenance; perform vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections; insure safety equipment and paper work is in place at all times; report accidents or safety issues in accordance to HT policies; keep track of receipts for gas and maintenance; load vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to maximize accessibility and minimal damage to materials; organize merchandise and keep inventory of all items
Conducting Store Signage Audits: Perform audits of Sign Program; use audit sheets to check off and log reports; take a good visual look of store, looking for out of date, faded and damaged signs; replace signs with stock from vehicle; take photos of signage issues; use phones to email photos of immediate issues
Inventory and Storage: Maintain, organize and inventory materials in warehouse storage; send In-Store Signage Administrator list of all items needed; receive and unload items; write transfers for items used at store locations; maintain sufficient inventory to service stores; operate pallet jack; audit received items versus packing slip; communicate any differences; sweep and keep storage area organized and clean
New Stores Remodels: Assist with pulling materials from warehouse; install complete marketing plan in stores; install bulletin boards
Requirements:
§ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
§ Should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Outlook a plus
§ Background search and Drug Testing required
§ Valid Driver's License
§ Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) check
§ No motor vehicle violations convictions in the past 3 years
§ Drive within the states of Virginia (Northern), Tidewater, DC, Maryland and Delaware
§ Travel once a month to the Charlotte, NC to pick-up supplies
§ Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
