We have great opportunities immediately available for dependable CDL A Delivery Drivers!  Our drivers safely deliver/unload various dairy products to an assigned route. This route delivery driver will be based out of Marquette, MI but will deliver in various areas throughout the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin.

Occasional overnight travel is required with up to five continuous overnight stays. Any overnight hotel accommodations are covered by the organization as well as food allowance and mileage pay to branch location during these overnight stays. A CDL Class A license with air brake endorsement is required.

Shift Schedule: The work days for this position vary, but typical start times are 5:30am and are 4 or 5-day work weeks. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs, as occasional Saturday/Sundays or evenings may be needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; or two years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a CDL Class A with Air Brake endorsement.
  • Able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Able to operate electric and manual pallet jacks moving pallets of product.
  • Able to use two-wheel handcart
  • Pulling, pushing cases of product, with use of handcart down ramp. Able to lift cases of product.
  • Must be able to work in a wet environment with moderate noise. Hard and sometimes slippery floors.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).
