Position Summary:
The Substrate Operator Lead is the lead operator of all equipment used in filling, casing, and cleanout. It is critical that the Substrate Operator Lead work in partnership with other departments to ensure that the area they are responsible for meeting standards of quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and efficiency as set out by the Growing Farm Management team
