Job Summary: To maintain Ammonia Refrigeration equipment, and perform maintenance activities for buildings and equipment in order to support facility operations
Job Responsibilities:
Lyons Magnus, a local expanding food and beverage manufacturer has an immediate opening for an experienced and skilled Facility Operations Technician. All candidates will have at least five (5) years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates will possess excellent electrical troubleshooting skills and must be versed in troubleshooting industrial equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude in regards to trouble shooting and repairing all mechanical and electrical equipment is a must.

The Industrial Engineer provides engineering, planning, and business services to the Washington, IN complex to develop and maintain highly cost efficient operations.
Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, building maintenance and specific projects. Responsible for maintenance and repair of production and support equipment, buildings and grounds. Responsible for making improvements to existing equipment and the plant facility.
Position Responsibilities and Job Functions
Position Summary Executes the scheduled and day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure the plant meets department and overall plant goals of safety and quality. Sets up, adjusts, operates and maintains various automated production equipment in a modern and complex food production facility. Performs specific duties in the following areas: mixing, oven, packaging, scaling, warehouse, quality control and sanitation.

Education: GED (Min.) (required); Associates degree (preferred / not required)
Refrigeration coursework / certificate / formal training (preferred)
Purpose of the position
The purpose of this position is to provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution services as well as physically maintain and handle all warehousing areas of the plant. This position will also direct, manage, and coordinate logistics and customer service activities internally and externally. Also, this position will assist and maintain inventory controls as well as manage, train, and develop the warehousing team.

Job Description
Provide safe, efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment in an Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Plan. Including but not limited to ammonia equipment, high pressure boiler systems, compressed air equipment, HVAC equipment, etc. Support our maintenance department projects, daily activities, and other departments deemed necessary.
