SUMMARY

Serves as the on-site supervisor and working superintendent for industrial refrigeration construction projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience – Require at least ten years’ experience welding and pipefitting with at least 7 years in the industrial refrigeration industry. Must have ammonia experience. Preferably with 2 or more years’ experience as a Superintendent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

E2 Mechanical & Industrial Refrigeration, LLC currently has an opening available for a Mechanical HVAC Pre-Construction Estimator in Charlotte, NC area.  Candidate will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates consisting of materials, sub-contractors, purchased equipment, labor, and other project related activities to assist Managers and Project Managers in bidding on or determining price of project.
